Refund Policy
- Cancellation or date change is allowed only once. Deposit refunds and cancellation penalties follow the Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards announced by the Korea Fair Trade Commission. Written cancellation is required.
- Within 15 days from the contract date, the period is regarded as a deliberation period for the contract. Deposit refund claims and penalty charges are not applied during this period.
